Client required new hybrid office environment, reducing their existing space size but increasing the quality of the office.  Our service included formally handing back the existing office to the landlord, including dilapidations negotiations and acquiring a new 3,855 sq ft refurbished office space within walking distance from the existing.  A 5 year term was negotiated with a break in the 3rd year.
