Mike is a general practice Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ of extensive experience across all aspects of commercial property.

A skilled and highly experienced negotiator, Mike has a deep understanding of the subtleties, nuances and intricacies of commercial property transactions. His wealth of knowledge enables him to unblock obstructions, resolve objections and manage personalities: having previously worked on the client side, and now a commercial property investor himself, he can view negotiations from all perspectives, and help both sides work towards a mutually satisfactory outcome.

Mike works closely with Kendra on portfolio management and search and acquisition, and is responsible for all our rent reviews, lease renewals and freehold sales. As our client, you will have direct access to all his skills, experience and expertise.

When Mike is not at his desk, you will probably find him on the River Test in Stockbridge, honing his fly fishing skills to try and catch a brown trout, or cycling in the Hampshire countryside.
