Specialising in portfolio management and search and acquisition, Kendra draws on experience and knowledge both from her background in the corporate world, and her own commercial property investment activities.

Kendra has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, with a particular emphasis on portfolio management. She works closely with clients, landlords, agents and their legal teams on the day-to-day details of commercial leases and licences, including accounting and service charge discrepancies.

With a background in marketing and brand development, Kendra has a broader understanding of businesses’ needs and the commercial contexts in which they operate. She enjoys working with clients at all levels to evaluate and refine their property requirements as their businesses evolve. This includes researching and presenting options for changes in existing spaces and environments, and working with clients to find and acquire new premises.

Kendra also brings her own first-hand knowledge and experience as a commercial property investor to her work with clients, and works alongside Mike on rent reviews and lease renewals.

Away from the office, Kendra is usually mastering the art of sweep rowing on the Thames Tideway, or enjoying an equally competitive game of bridge.
